How to Clean Stainless Steel Cookware

Care & Cleaning

Surgical stainless steel has no pores or cracks to hold dirt and germs which accounts for its extensive use in hospitals, restaurants and dairies.

The smooth hard finish of surgical stainless steel is easy to keep new and shiny. When used as instructed, ordinary washing will keep them immaculately clean. All of our cookware is dishwasher safe.

There are several things you can do in the event that you accidentally burn food with your cookware.

1. If the pot is "hot" fill it with hot water and let it soak.

2. If the pot is "cold" fill it with cold water and let it soak.

3. If a stubborn burn has been created partly fill the pot with water and bring to a boil. Use a wooden spoon to remove the burnt particles.

4. If the stain still remains use a kitchen scouring pad with any good stainless steel cleaner which is available in most grocery and hardware stores.

What to do if the pot becomes discolored, bluish or golden brown from overheating:

Soak the pot in hot soapy vinegar water. You may also have to use a kitchen scouring pad.
